The total duration of presentation should be 10 mins (7 min Presentation + 3 min query session)
1. Please be at your respective presentation rooms 5 min before the scheduled start. Contact the Volunteers before the start of the session. The volunteers will assist you to load your presentation onto the A/V system.
2. Please check that the presentation is working fine so that the session can go without break.
3. Two minutes before the scheduled end time, the volunteers/sessions chair will ring the bell. Please keep up with the allotted time.
4. We will be presenting the Best Paper Presenter Award during the valedictory session on 18th Feb 2023.

6.Maximum no. of slides excluding title and acknowledgment slides is 15 slides.
Authors can submit their full and original paper through below easy chair link. (Submission Closed.)
1. Authors should submit full papers, not just an Abstract.
2. Only papers prepared in PDF format will be accepted.
3. For Journal of Polymer and Composites follow the template.
4. Paper Length: minimum 4 pages (400 words per page), including figures, tables & references.
5. Paper Formatting and Margins: Please carefully follow the template for specifications.
6. Restrict the Similarity Index below 10%.
7. Please ensure that all the figures are of 300 DPI resolutions.
